To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to be processed by your bank or card provider.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will resolve it immediately.
